We are one of the first authorised distributors/resellers for Ledger in the region, and we have a reputation for providing prompt quality service to our customers. In addition to our stellar service, we provide one of the most competitive pricing in the region.

We provide international shipping at reasonable rates due to our established relationship with reputable couriers. We have shipped to various countries, including:

Singapore (free shipping), Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, among other destinations.

We ship internationally, and for countries not listed on the checkout page, please contact us (please see contact details tab) and we will reply to you with a reasonable quote from our international couriers.

Ledger Nano S and Ledger Blue natively support:

Ark; Bitcoin; Bitcoin Cash; Dash; Dogecoin; Ethereum; Ethereum Classic; Komodo; Litecoin; PoSW; Ripple; Stratis; NEO and Zcash

Other Ethereum tokens (i.e. ERC20 tokens, such as OmiseGo, Golem, Gnosis, etc) can be managed using Ledger Nano S and Ledger Blue with MyEtherWallet (it won't work with the Ledger Wallet application).

If you have an ERC20 token which is not supported by MyEtherWallet, you can access your account on MyEtherWallet and choose "Add Custom Token" with these information related to the token : Contract address, Token Symbol and its decimals. The information may be obtained from the token issuer.

Ledger products come with a two years' manufacturer's warranty, if there is any proven defect or lack of conformity of the product.

We provide a value-added service to our customers. We have an arrangement with the manufacturer such that our customers can exchange the products bought through us, with us (in Singapore) without doing it through France.

Being an authorised distributor for Ledger products, we follow Ledger's guidelines on warranty process, an extract of which is as follows:

1. RESOLUTION ON SUPPORT
   The customer must reach the Ledger support him/herself at www.ledgerwallet.com, to help solve the issue. 
   
   

2. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
   If the issue cannot be fixed remotely, the customer will be given a RMA number by Ledger to return the device to CoinZin (www.coinzin.com).
   

3. These 2 steps above are mandatory, Ledger will not accept any exchange if the customer did not get an individual Return Merchandize Authorization number.
   
   

4. CUSTOMER -> COINZIN
   The customer writes to CoinZin (see contact details on www.coinzin.com) with the RMA number. CoinZin will further process and advise on the exchange.
